Bernard Thuysbaert joined Deminor in 1993 and became a partner in 1996.

 

Main Tasks within the Deminor Group

Responsible for our business unit Corporate Finance at group level , esp. in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

In charge of the Dutch operations, Statutary Director of Deminor Nederland.

Member of the Steering Committee of the Belgian Best Corporate Governance Practices Code for not-listed companies (Code Buysse).
