Since more than 20 years, Deminor is through its corporate finance activities also active as advisor of shareholders of non-listed companies (« NLC »). We see that little attention is paid to the long term position of the shareholders of a NLC.

 

Hence, the Belgian team has developed a "Quickscan Shareholders Position".

By completing the questionnaire of this Quickscan, each shareholder of a NLC can obtain a score. Although each company is different, this score gives a good assessment of the degree of protection of the shareholders of a NLC, and this in various fields.
