Bernard Thuysbaert joined Deminor in 1993 and became a partner in 1996.

 

Main Tasks within the Deminor Group

Responsible for our business unit Corporate Finance at group level.
In charge of business development in Belgium and The Netherlands.

Member of the Steering Committee of the Belgian Best Corporate Governance Practices Code for not-listed companies (Code Buysse).
