Please note that the registrations for the Lehman Brothers case are closed for the clients of Wijs & van Oostveen.
Deminor has been mandated by a group of investors who acquired Lehman Brothers financial instruments through the investment firm Wijs & Van Oostveen.
Deminor's mission is to recover the losses suffered by these investors.
During the summer of 2009, the Dutch Foundation ‘Stichting Hulp Gedupeerden' joined Deminor's action as well, and Deminor's clients became in turn members of the Foundation.
In total, more than 400 investors have been federated in this collective action.
This is the only collective action ongoing in The Netherlands on behalf of investors who bought Lehman Brothers structured products from Wijs & Van Oostveen.
Deminor completed its analysis and served notices on Wijs & Van Oostveen and its directors to pay compensation to our clients.
On behalf of its clients Deminor has launched legal proceedings against Wijs & Van Oostveen and its directors with the assistance of the law firm Barents Krans.
For administrative and legal reasons, registrations are closed in this case since 26 February 2010.
