1. Scope and submission of information

These Terms apply when you submit an enquiry, request information, request a consultation, register your interest in our services, or otherwise provide information through our website or our online form.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your enquiry. DO NOT provide special-category personal data.

If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and, where required, have provided that person with the information required under applicable data-protection law.

2. Categories of personal data collected

Depending on the information you choose to provide, we may collect and process:

  • contact details;
  • information about your request;
  • records of consent; and
  • information generated by our lead-management and AI-assisted tools.

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following separate purposes:

We may use software incorporating artificial intelligence, machine-learning or other automated functionality to assist with preparatory administrative support including:

  • extracting relevant information from your enquiry;
  • summarising the content of your enquiry for our team;
  • identifying the subject matter, urgency, language or geographic relevance of your enquiry;
  • categorising and prioritising leads;
  • matching enquiries to relevant team members, services or offices;
  • identifying duplicate, incomplete, suspicious or potentially fraudulent submissions;
  • suggesting follow-up questions or next steps;
  • improving the organisation and retrieval of lead records; and
  • generating internal quality-control, reporting or workload-management information.

The AI tools may process the categories of information listed in section 2.

AI-generated outputs are advisory and may be inaccurate. We will take reasonable steps to review and correct relevant information before relying on it.

Any material decision concerning your enquiry will be made or reviewed by an appropriately authorised member of our team.

4. Consent for AI-assisted tools usage and lead qualification processing

By clicking on "I consent", you accept these Terms and expressly consent to Deminor Recovery Services (Luxembourg) SA and its affiliates using your personal data and enquiry information within AI-assisted tools for the specific purposes described in section 3.

You understand that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, that they will be used only for preparatory administrative support and decision-support, and that you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting dpo@deminor.com.

If you do not accept these Terms and do not consent, you will be provided with an alternative means of submission and will be redirected to our contact page to reach us by email instead.

5. Human review and automated decisions

We will not use solely automated processing to reject your enquiry, deny you access to our services, determine the merits of a legal claim, determine your legal rights, or make any other decision producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, unless an applicable Article 22 GDPR exception applies and all required safeguards have been implemented.

6. Information about the logic, significance and consequences of AI processing

The AI-assisted tools do not determine the merits of a legal claim, guarantee that we will accept an engagement, determine the outcome of any legal matter, or replace professional human assessment.

7. Retention

We retain lead information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in these Terms.

8. Acceptance and submission

By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, including the consent for AI-assisted processing set out in section 4, and that you have read our Privacy Notice.
