About
Vishal Kalia joined Deminor in November 2025 as Manager – Product Enablement & Client Success. He helps ensure that Deminor’s technology delivers high performance and real value for clients across different legal areas.Before joining Deminor, Vishal spent nearly ten years managing large digital-transformation and fintech projects across EMEA, with a strong focus on operational strategy, process improvement and cross-functional delivery. He holds an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Mewar University.

Leads product enablement and client success initiatives across the Claims Management Team, clients and senior leadership.

- Nearly a decade of experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects across EMEA in digital transformation, business development, and financial technology at Aliaxis, Worldline, Intesa, Saint Gobain, Geo Miller & Co Pvt Limited & Kapahi Constructions.
- Led operational strategy, resource planning, and process optimization for technology-enabled projects within major organizations.
