About
Paloma Castro joined Deminor in June 2022. She focuses on litigation funding in the Iberian and Latin American markets, with particular experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. Her practice includes international and domestic arbitration, intellectual property, recovery actions, and securities litigation. Before joining Deminor, she worked as in-house counsel at a Spanish multinational and held positions at leading international and national law firms in Spain. Paloma holds a law degree and a master’s in legal practice from Carlos III University in Madrid.
Main tasks
- Assessment of litigation funding opportunities in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
- Promoting and managing Spanish and Latin American cases in the three core business areas of Deminor: Investment Recovery, Antitrust Damages and Commercial Litigation.
