Deminor is pleased to announce the appointment of David Walker as Deputy CIO. His new role reflects the significant growth of our litigation funding portfolio and our ambitions for the years to come. David has been working with Deminor for more than 4 years, steering our international arbitration funding practice while working on several other investments within the UK jurisdictions. In addition to his new responsibilities, David will continue leading Deminor's activities for the UK. David will join Deminor's Investment Committee as observer.

The Investment Committee has also welcomed a new permanent member, Professor Jack J. Coe Jr., Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the LL.M. Program in International Commercial Arbitration at Pepperdine Law School. Jack has been admitted to practice in California and Washington State and is a specialist in international commercial arbitration and arbitration involving States. He has acted on several occasions as party–appointed and institutionally designated arbitrator, and has arbitrated under UNCITRAL Rules. He has also been retained as consultant to parties in commercial or investor-state arbitrations, under various rule formulae, and has filed expert declarations in both federal courts and in investor-state arbitrations.
