We are proud to announce that, as of 1 June, Deminor has opened a new office in Utrecht, providing a permanent base for our activities in the Netherlands.
For Deminor, this is an exciting and important step in its continued international growth. The new Dutch office is Deminor’s tenth office worldwide.
Located in Central Park, one of Utrecht’s landmark office developments next to Utrecht Central Station, the new office provides Deminor with a permanent base in the heart of the city’s Central Business District. The building is known for its distinctive indoor park 45 metres above ground and its focus on sustainable, future-facing office space.
The Netherlands is an important market for Deminor. We have continued to serve clients and pursue matters in the Dutch market, building a strong track record through many successfully completed cases and a steadily growing portfolio of active Dutch matters in the fields of collective shareholder actions, B2B funding and other collective proceedings.

Deminor opent nieuw kantoor in Utrecht, Nederland
Met trots kondigen wij aan dat Deminor per 1 juni een nieuw kantoor heeft geopend in Utrecht. Hiermee beschikken wij voortaan over een permanente uitvalsbasis voor onze activiteiten in Nederland.
Voor Deminor vormt dit een belangrijke en mooie stap in onze verdere internationale groei. Het nieuwe Nederlandse kantoor is het tiende kantoor van Deminor wereldwijd.
Het kantoor is gevestigd in Central Park, een van de meest toonaangevende kantoorontwikkelingen van Utrecht, direct naast Utrecht Centraal Station. Met deze locatie beschikt Deminor over een vaste aanwezigheid in het hart van het Central Business District van de stad. Het gebouw staat bekend om zijn bijzondere binnentuin op 45 meter hoogte, focus op duurzaamheid en moderne uitstraling.
Nederland is voor Deminor een strategisch belangrijke markt. Met een sterke staat van dienst, vele succesvol afgeronde dossiers en een groeiend aantal gefinancierde zaken op het gebied van collectieve aandeelhoudersacties, B2B-geschillen en andere collectieve procedures, is de opening van een eigen kantoor in Utrecht een logische volgende stap.
