Wouter de Jong is Senior Legal Counsel at Deminor, based in our Utrecht office. He focuses on commercial litigation funding in the Netherlands, with extensive experience in patent litigation, IP disputes, commercial litigation and B2B disputes.
Prior to joining Deminor in 2026, Wouter spent over eight years as a patent litigator at a leading international law firm. He later spent six years as Head of Litigation at a major international corporate, giving him significant experience across both private practice and in-house dispute resolution.
At Deminor, Wouter supports the assessment and funding of commercial disputes and contributes to Deminor’s wider expertise in IP-related claims. His background enables him to assess complex disputes from a legal and commercial perspective, supporting clients and partners seeking funding for meritorious claims.
