About
Giacomo Rossi is Junior Legal Counsel at Deminor, having joined the company in September 2023. With a particular focus on the Italian market, Giacomo actively contributes to assessing and managing a wide range of cases involving consumer collective actions, arbitration and ordinary civil litigation across EU and non-EU jurisdictions.
Before joining Deminor, he worked with the corporate and M&A departments of Deloitte Legal and Pedersoli Studio Legale. Giacomo is a qualified Italian lawyer and holds a Master's Degree in Law from Bocconi University. He also completed part of his studies at the School of Law of City University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Main tasks
- Assessment of litigation funding opportunities in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
- Promoting and managing Italian cases in the three core business areas of Deminor: Investment Recovery, Antitrust Damages and Commercial Litigation.
