Giacomo Lorenzo joined Deminor in January 2022. He focuses on litigation funding in the Italian market. With a background in top-tier law firms and a specialization in international business disputes, he brings sharp expertise to complex cases ranging from commercial litigation and arbitration to IP and antitrust disputes. Fluent in cross-border strategy, Giacomo combines legal precision with business insight to drive impactful outcomes for clients.
Main tasks
- Assessment of litigation funding opportunities in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
- Promoting and managing Italian cases in the three core business areas of Deminor: Investment Recovery, Antitrust Damages and Commercial Litigation.
