About
Michael Watson joined Deminor in January 2020 and runs the firm’s New York office. He focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating litigation funding opportunities across a range of areas, including intellectual property, investor disputes, securities litigation, appraisal rights, and international arbitration. A Harvard Law School graduate, Michael previously worked on high-impact litigation against fraudulent developers in New York and advised a fast-growing SaaS company on complex commercial contracts and corporate governance.

- Originating, evaluating and negotiating litigation financing opportunities in North America within sectors such as intellectual property, securities litigation, investor disputes, appraisal rights, international arbitration, and general corporate litigation or arbitration. Based in New York City.
