About
Joeri Klein joined Deminor in September 2009 and has played a key role in developing the firm’s litigation funding activities. He specialises in large-scale collective actions for investors and victims of competition law infringements. Joeri has been closely involved in several landmark settlements, including Imtech, Fortis/Ageas, Steinhoff and OW Bunker. He also leads Deminor’s Madoff Victim Fund claim filing project and is active in cross-border cases such as Danske Bank, the Royal Dutch Philips case and the Trucks Cartel litigation.

- Responsible for the Dutch market.
- Co-Head for group-wide investment recovery cases.
- Head of research for Dutch collective proceedings and settlements..
